We would like to invite you to join us at our 47th Annual
Recital, "Eat Drink and Be Merry". The dates are Friday, June
8, and Saturday,
June 9, 2012.
All Performances will begin at 7:00 PM at the Center for
the Arts at Wesley Chapel

TICKETS: We will be holding a "Ticket Day"
on Saturday, May 19, from 8:00 AM
to Noon. Tickets may be purchased May 19th through
Wednesday, June 6, at the
studio for $12.00 each.
You will be able to choose your seats on a first-come,
first-served basis. Members of the Gold and Platinum
Friendship Circles will be able to choose their tickets
before they go on sale to the public. Please see Sally or
Mary Ann before May 18th. All tickets must be paid for at time
of purchase and your tuition must be current. Remaining
tickets will be available at the door.
PROGRAM: This is your chance to make sure everyone
knows your special student is a STAR! You can send them just
a little note of encouragement, or you can fill up a whole
page with baby pictures (or current pictures), family
wishes, or business advertisements. Make sure we save you
enough space!
All copy must be turned in to the studio by May 21st.

COSTUMES: Costumes will be tried on and fitted at the
studio the week of May
21st during the student's regular class times. This will be
the only time that the
costumes will be available before the night of the
performance.
All dancers are required to have the proper shoes for
each dance, pink tights for girls, black tights or socks for
boys. The girl's hair should be up in a bun-No Make-up!
FEES: All recital fees are due! All accounts are to
be paid in full by June 6th. If for some reason this is
impossible, please make personal arrangements NOW! A
final statement has been enclosed showing your balance due
through the end of
the 11-12 year, including June, for your convenience. *Please
contact the studio if
you have ANY questions about your account.
DONATIONS: We are gratefully accepting monetary
donations toward our exorbitant theater costs. Join our
"Circle of Friends" for as little as $10.00 or as
much as you are able. Please share this information with
friends or businesses that might be interested in supporting
our youth in the arts. *Please contact the studio for
more information.
REHEARSALS: The last day of classes in the studio
will be Friday, June 2nd. During recital week, rehearsals on
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will be at the studio. Friday
and Saturday rehearsals will be at Wesley Chapel High
School.

Rehearsals schedules are included in your
recital packet. PLEASE post your schedule where it will not
be lost! ALL rehearsals are very important.

enclosed in your recital packet or contact the studio They
will be on sale for $18.00 each.

PERFORMANCE DVD'S: We have made arrangements to have
high quality
DVD's available of each performance so that you may enjoy
the show and have a
keepsake to share. The children love to see themselves and
their friends
perform. An order form in enclosed. DVD's will be mailed to
the address on the
order form. Order Early!

Day - In the studio.
D & B Photography will be taking group
and individual portraits at the studio on Saturday, June
2nd. Appointment times will be assigned by groups. Please
plan to attend so we will have you in at least the group
photos (no purchase necessary!).

Our 2012 Soloist's
Summer Fun 2012- Register
Now for Summer Fun 2012! This is a very exciting and fast-paced
workshop. We will have special classes for pre schoolers,
introductory classes for beginners, and intensive classes for
more advanced students. Our regular studio staff will be joined
by amazing Guest Teachers, and you won't want to miss a minute.
This summer is going to be amazing!

Fall Term - Classes
will begin on August 20th, for the 2012 - 2013 school year. We
are asking that all of our returning students re-register NOW
for the fall classes. Please return your fall registration form
to the studio with your registration fee of $10.00 before the
